3Balloons is a 501c3 non-profit organization operating in the Roanoke Valley.

DIRECTOR: Steve Stinson

PURPOSE: To establish a retail outlet in the Roanoke Valley that provides genuine employment for adults with disabilities.  The store will sell products made by the employees –  adults who are disabled.  

NEED: There are very few employment opportunities for adults with disabilities in the Roanoke Valley, other than menial labor. According to Community Based Care (CBC) almost 80% of people with disabilities are unemployed. The goal for 3 Balloons is to employ 18 people within the first three years of operation.
